In case of canceling a reservation or requesting a change in the dates of the reservation, you must notify Vanrays in writing, being valid the request sent to the e-mail bookings@vanrays.com.
The cancellation conditions set a refund percentage depending on the time of cancellation. For reservations confirmed on or after March 5, 2020, the cancellation policy will be:
At least 30 days prior to check-in: 100% refundable.
If cancelled up to 15 days prior to check-in: 50% refund.
If cancelled less than 15 days prior to check-in: no refund will be given.
For stays of less than and/or more than 2 months, the initial amount paid is non-refundable.
If the cancellation is made at least one month prior to the arrival date, the amount paid and the deposit will be refunded.
If less than one month is missing, only the deposit is returned.
Any reservation that has a discount associated with the commitment of stay may be cancelled but the difference between the official rate and the discount obtained for those months in which a special rate has been enjoyed must be paid.
