Located on a pedestrian street between Carretas and Espoz y Mina, this central apartment is the perfect choice for those looking to be in the center of Madrid and at the same time have the opportunity to rest and disconnect while in the apartment. In the area you can find a number of restaurants, bars, theaters and shops to make your visit more enjoyable. A few meters from Puerta del Sol, and just 5 minutes from Plaza Mayor, you can walk to almost all of Madrid's tourist attractions.

This one bedroom apartment has been decorated with the guest in mind. The main space is comfortable and cozy and has a comfortable sofa bed with seating for two people. Two windows allow light to enter the space and make it even more inviting. The dining room features a marble table with space for up to four people.

The white kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances and utensils you may need during your stay. The bedroom is separated from the rest of the house and has a bright headboard and a double mattress with cotton sheets. The closet has enough space to store your clothes and belongings during your stay.

The huge bathroom has a micro-cement shower tray that gives a different feeling while taking a shower. The bathroom is fully equipped and the lighting has been taken care of to enjoy each shower.
