Upon entering the property, you will find a spacious dining room for eight people, guided by a continuous and careful decoration. The dining room acts as a link between the bright and spacious living room, which has balconies that allow natural light to enter. This space is designed for moments of relaxation, equipped with a Smart TV and common area.

Crossing the dining room, the kitchen is presented as a center of activity. Integrated to the dining room with a small peninsula, it offers not only functionality but also a place to share culinary experiences. The open layout favors interaction, creating a homey atmosphere.

For those who work or study from home, two well-equipped work areas are strategically located, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. These spaces provide the peace and quiet needed to concentrate during extended stays.

The three bedrooms, decorated in neutral tones, offer a serene sanctuary for rest. Comfortable beds invite you to relax, while the two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with an en-suite shower, add comfort to your daily routine.
